What exactly is Soylent?

Soylent is a complete meal in a bottle, powder, or bar. It is engineered to provide a balanced macro-nutrient profile including protein, healthy fats, fiber, and 28 essential vitamins and minerals.

Is Soylent vegan and gluten-free?

Yes, all Soylent products are 100% vegan and gluten-free. We use plant-based protein, primarily soy protein isolate, to ensure a sustainable and complete amino acid profile.

How long does Soylent stay fresh?

Unopened, our Ready-to-Drink bottles have a shelf life of one year. Once opened, they should be refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours. Powders should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed within a year of the manufacture date.

Can I manage or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can skip a month, swap flavors, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there was an error on our part, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and most territories. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
